Beef and Green Bean Sauce
Very easy, very quick, very tasty…enough said!
300g of beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Handful of green beans, cleaned
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
3 atarodo (habanero), chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 stock cube
Roasted peanuts, to garnish
Put beef in a bowl. Add salt and cornstarch. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pour 1 tablespoon into a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, pepper, and green beans.
Sauteé till the green beans start to wilt, about 4 minutes, add the beef, and stock cube.
Stir fry till the meat is done, about 6 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water, and bring to a gentle boil.
Remove from heat, and add the remaining sesame oil.
Garnish with peanuts, if you like.
Serve over rice, and enjoy!
