Brown Rice Pudding
This is a delicious and fibre-full alternative to a hot bowl of oatmeal. I love this as a porridge, or baked with an egg mixed it. It’s Yummy!
2 cups of cooked brown rice
3 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Pour milk into a medium pan over medium-high heat. Mix in the cinnamon and honey, and bring it to a gentle boil.
Add the rice and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer till it’s as thick as you like.
