However, what I didn’t know was the fact that the theme for that dinner was “seafood”. Needless to say, I wasn’t eager to try the food but I was starving and they were pretty convincing so eventually I tried it.

The second I tried crab legs, it was like I’m on cloud nine. I was so amazed at how flavorful they were and I was thinking why took me so long to discover this dish? Since then, I’ve been making various seafood dishes, but the most favorite dish is the one that I’m sharing with you today- crab legs on the grill. You just have to try it! I certainly do, since it’s perfect when I’m in a hurry and I just want to eat this delicious dish. Thanks to its proteins and other benefits, it’s just perfect dish when I have a busy day, to keep my energy on a high level.

Ingredients For Crab Legs:

  • 3-4 lbs king crab legs, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

The Preparation Method

Step 1: Heat things up!

So, the first thing you should do is to heat that grill, just make sure the temperature is perfect for crab legs.

Step 2: Let’s do it!

Now, you’re going to need a pastry brush. Brush the crab legs, both sides, with oil. Pay attention that the oil is spread evenly, because that guarantees the best taste of the meat.

Since now the crab legs are ready for grilling, it’s time to place them on the grill (make sure it’s hot enough, otherwise the meat can become dry).

To make this sauce, you’ll need a small bowl. Mix in the bowl: horseradish, ketchup, a dash of Worcestershire, a dash of Tabasco sauce, and a squirt of lemon.

Garlic Butter Sauce

Prep time: 5-10 Min

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons parsley (dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

So, first, you need to melt the butter in the saucepan. Then cook the garlic in it, until it has a nice color. After that, just add in the saucepan salt, pepper, and the parsley. Stir the sauce until bubbling.

You can either serve the sauce while it’s still hot or you can wait until it’s cool. I prefer the first case, but it’s your choice.

Extra Tips

Using aluminum foil will make cooking a lot easier because it will keep the meat moist and it will cook it evenly. However, what I love the most is the fact that cleaning is pretty easy thanks to the foil. So, no need to worry if you’ll wash the dishes for a whole day.
