  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped and minced
  • 1 tbsp dried tarragon
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Bring it back to a boil until it is reduced by two-thirds.
