Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of oat flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of almonds, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of milk (use fat-free for PCOS and ENDO)

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
  2. Spray a nonstick frying pan and set over medium heat. After 1 minute, pour in 1/4 cup of batter. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Continue till batter is finished, I got 8 pancakes.

Is oat flour made from grinding oats into powder form?

OK. thanks. I could only find raw almond. can I use that in the carrot and apple oat recipe?
