Straight to the recipe.
- 1 1/2 cups of oat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of almonds, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 cup of milk (use fat-free for PCOS and ENDO)
- Mix everything together in a large bowl.
- Spray a nonstick frying pan and set over medium heat. After 1 minute, pour in 1/4 cup of batter. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Continue till batter is finished, I got 8 pancakes.
