Quick Mango Shake

I love mangoes, and I always try to take advantage of them when they’re in season. I try to sneak them into virtually EVERYTHING. They’re only in season for a short while, and I don’t really like over frozen mangoes.

This is one lazy way to enjoy these juicy fruits. And this one has a kick-it tastes like irish cream without the added calories and alcohol.

Ingredients This serves 1

1 cup of milk (use almond milk or coconut milk for endo, fibroids, and PCOS)

80g of mango, cubed

2 tablespoons of no calorie Torani Irish Cream syrup (or any flavour you like)


Blend everything and drink. Simple and short.

Finally! Sumtin to make with this milk! I’ve had dis exact same peak liquid milk in my fridge for months and hav only used it once for pancakes! Dis is easier and healthier and I luv mangoes so won’t mind dis evryday! But wats dis torani syrup? Where can I get it in Abj and watelse can be used as a substitute incase I don’t find it?
