Tuna and Feta Egg Muffins
There’s so story behind this recipe, apart from the fact that these muffins are really healthy, really tasty, and you should really make them.
This serves 2
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of creamy feta cheese
- 2 ounces of drained tuna
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Break eggs into a bowl. Add cheese and tuna. Mix, but not too thoroughly, you want to have flecks of feta and yolk.
- Pour the mixture into lined muffin pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
