Tuna Patties

Too much story not needed. Very tasty, very easy. Make them, and enjoy!

The perfect way to eat these would be wrapped in a bun of some sort or lettuce leaves, with a little ketchup, a little mustard and more mayonnaise. Yum!!!

Tuna Patties

This makes 5-6 patties

  • 170g can of tuna packed in water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Drain the tuna. Taste it to make sure it wasn’t soaked in brine. If it was, skip the salt.

Put tuna in a bowl, and add all other ingredients.

Mix well and form into patties.

Place a lightly greased non stick pan over medium heat. Cook the patties, 2 minutes on each side.

Hi, my name is Chidinma. I’ve been happily married for 4+ years (actually almost 6 years now), and my husband and I have been trying to have our own children for almost all the time we’ve been married, with no success…yet. We haven’t lost hope (far from it), and we believe it will happen very soon.
