  • Two carrots
  • Four ripe tomatoes
  • One onion
  • One red bell pepper
  • Half a zucchini
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of dried oregano

  • 500 grams of Pasta (preferably spaghetti)
