Short On Time? Exercise While You Cook The Fries
This is something new that you might have come across, but it is true. The kitchen is the only place where we add more calories than we lose, but losing a couple of them before we take them in, would help you in keeping the balance. Who knows, you might want to have some extra sweets some day. Well, in that case, this is what you should do to keep yourself in perfect shape and size.
It is true that we lose a calorie or maybe two while we work in the kitchen. This includes cooking, doing the dishes, chopping the veggies and salads and almost everything. This, however, does not help us in getting in shape somehow. Here is a list of some of the easy-to-do exercises that you can do in the kitchen, especially when you run on a significantly busy schedule.
Push-ups
There’s a twist in here. You don’t have to do this on the ground. Rest the palms on the edge of the shelf while the steak gets grilled in the oven. You only have to extend your legs to make come into a straight line with your head and bend your elbows. Now start the up and down process, and do it for a couple of minutes.

Counter Dips
To do this in the kitchen while the milk is getting boiled, stand in front of the counter, facing in the opposite direction. Now grab the edge of the shelf and extend your arms completely. Bend the elbows by placing most of your weight on your palms. Lower your hips until you are in a position of a chair, but hey, don’t let anyone sit in that seat.

Wide leg squats
Facing the stove this time, spread your legs wide keeping the toes facing outwards. Bend the knees, keeping your back straight, until your thighs get parallel to the ground. Once there, rebound yourself in the standing position using the force of your heels. Make sure you do the 15 reps of it before coming to a halt.

Calf raise
This is the easiest one to do. You only have to use your feet balls to bring the heels of the feet in the air while keeping the tip on the ground. Rise yourself as high as you can, and then come back to the normal position once you are the limit. You can chop veggies while doing this. Well, a win-win situation this time.

Forearm Lifts
This exercise helps you strengthen your forearm muscles, which improves the grip. For this, take a plate in of your hands and stretch that arm until it makes a perpendicular with your body. Now make an L-shape with the forearm and move it up and down, slowly. You’ll feel the burning sensation there just let it happen, because, this is what the exercises are meant for.
Final Words
Doing all these will not just burn the calories, but strengthen your bones and muscles as well. This boosts your energy, stamina, and eventually makes you stronger. Besides working out, you need to take care of what you eat as well. Eating out of control and then working out is of no help to anyone. This simply means that you have wasted time exercising when in the end all you are going to do is to overeat.
One more thing, this is the initial step in getting started with the workouts. So you do not have to spend a lot of money on the workout gear as well. You can use the Olivers promo code to get a discount on them as well. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll see the change in yourself. Go on, make it happen.
